23.01.2022 The family completed the XRACE today. It's like 'The Amazing Race' off TV. A 4 km run with puzzles, quizzes and challenges along the way. If you have put your k...ids in stampede or tough mudder this is something a bit different and in my opinion more fun. Lockie and I got 3rd place in his age group which was 10 year old boys. It took us just over an hour. Great family day! See more

11.01.2022 Training in comfort is important so that you can train intensely, therefore having a supportive bar can increase the amount of fat loss you have. My wife recommends the Triumph Performance Bra and many of my clients use it now also. It's on special atm online (link below) or you can get it from Big W or the Triumph factory outlet at Wynnum. 05.01.2022 Tara smashed another fat loss challenge that's 3 in a row for her! For all her hard work over the past 6 weeks she's won a full body massage. Tara lost over 2 kilos and a percent in body fat, and increased her fitness beep test by 2 whole stages. Awesome work!
