Sadly, circumstances mean that I can’t attend and I would love to pass on a chance for someone else (a student/ or on a low income) to go in my place. With nothing less than an 80’s Dance Battle made up of people of varied backgrounds and experiences coming together to create an epic suburban gladiatorial event unlike any ever seen before. At high noon on September 14th, there will be big hair, ridiculously sized shoulder pads, over the top theatrics & music that will make you cry and probably sing your guts out in front of everyone. 07.01.2022 On the weekend just past l danced in the wonderful inclusive event Common People Dance Eisteddfod. It was a somewhat tongue in cheek yet serious dance battle and competition between 4 teams from the four corners of Brisbane. The even more wonderful news is that after many weeks of hard work, my Eastside crew won the trophy!!! It is such an amazing project and I look forward to next year being even bigger and better. And in other news, FiFi Noir will be returning to the stage at a very special event in October - watch this space for more news on that very soon!
