24.01.2022 Well I guess I let myself go. So it starts today. I am going to commence to get to BFA fit. Can't do weights until I can do 10 reg pushups. So far I can get 5 on my knees. Stay tuned.
23.01.2022 day 9. 56bpm 99kgs. stretching abs and cardio. gettin right back in the groove. can't wait for the shoulder to 100% then all hell breaks loose.

20.01.2022 well day 2 done. cardio and legs plus some more light shoulders. just light cardio tomorrow. pulse high but that happens when you've just had a coffee :)

18.01.2022 Day 6. 68bpm. 2 lots of cardio treadmill and bike 30 mins total. did light shoulders and stretching 98.7kg.
16.01.2022 yesterday was a good training day 98.9kg. shoulder a bit tight so no hard work just stretching.

14.01.2022 Rest day today.
13.01.2022 Day 8: 68bpm 98.7kg (just can't seem to leave the 98s) leg work out and light cardio. Next week training kicks into high gear, as much as the shoulder allows of course. weights 3 days per week cardio twice and plenty of abs and stretching.
12.01.2022 well what i feared most has happened! sitting at home 8:25pm and already want to be in the gym. need to tell myself slow the fk down junior :)

11.01.2022 didn't take bpm this morning, jumped up to put the bin out so it would have been a lil high. 99.4kg. upper body workout felt really good. tomorrow body composition (body fat), not lookin forward to it but to get my eating right it has to be done. will post pics tomorrow (end 2nd week).

10.01.2022 day 1. lets get serious. 62bpm and thankyou to the cooking of my gorgeous wife my weight has dropped from 98kg to 100kg :) training weights 3 days per week cardio 2 days per week and 2 days rest.
10.01.2022 first day of training. my before pics. pulse this morning 76bpm and wieght 98kg. did a total of 20 mins cardio and upper body + abs. managed to do 2x10 pushups on my knees and 1x5 normal.

09.01.2022 Ok. As we can see from my pics I have a little bit of work to do. While checking out different sites as to how to start a PT Business they all say show how you have trained a client (before and after) so I figure if I am going to be serious about this I may as well be able to prove I CAN DO IT on the worst client I will ever have ME. I have also read a few F/B pages that adopt the attitude that if you can't afford a PT then you DON'T deserve to have one. Let me make this clea...r from the outset, once I am qualified I will charge what I believe I'm worth BUT as I learnt from someone who I respect to this day Shihan Jim Phillips. It is not always about the $$$$$, if somebody can't afford my prices but are serious about improving their health, self esteem and well being then I will be more than willing to talk. Yes I want to make $$$$$ but I have always wanted to do this as a career, I now have that chance and unlike some PT PRIMA DONAS I do want to help people achieve a better, healthier life. So kiddies watch this space and I will take any and all advice or comments on board. See more

08.01.2022 Rest day 2. 60bpm, not bad for just over a week. Mind you no beer since last sat either.
08.01.2022 Day 5. 66bpm this morning. Little bit of cardio then SMASHED legs as much as I can anyway. 98.05kgs (to much lasagna).
07.01.2022 It's been a week
07.01.2022 DAY 4. Upper body and cardio 98.01kgs today. Recovery getting better everyday. Managed to do machine bench (light) and shoulder press (light).
05.01.2022 day 3. 68 bpm this morning. cardio, abs, lower back, forearms, stretching and push ups 3x10 normal. forgot to weigh in will do it tomorrow.
05.01.2022 Day 7. 68bpm and 98.9kg. chest/back and cardio, slowly ramping up but listening to what the shoulder is saying. will do body composition next week. 1 week pics tomorrow.
