15.01.2022 With the New Year a few days old already, Happy New Year to you and all of your family! Hopefully you got to spend some downtime with friends and family, ate some good food and shared some festive drinks. Now that the New Year is here and upon us, a lot of us start to reflect on the previous year and what this year might bring from your goals and objectives, both short and long term. Goals can be anything, only you can decide what you want to achieve and the time frames that ...you want to achieve them in. How do you set goals? Do you write them down with pen/paper, or a whiteboard, or some other platform? How often do you review them? What happens if you achieve your goals in June? Do you reset your goals and map out new ones? A number of us will start to map out our New Years resolutions and how we look at executing these over the coming days, weeks and months. Once you have mapped out your goals, how do you hold yourself accountable? Do you need someone else to assist you with this? If you have some nutrition goals to achieve such as fuelling for your first marathon, triathlon, Ironman or you just want to work towards achieving a new summer body but not resorting to yo-yo diets, with failure built in to every single one of them.
