Leaving a great job at a great company to make gelato full time seems nuts to most people....heck I still think ...I’m nuts more often than I care to admit, running a start up is bloody tough! But Steph completely backed the decision and has been there every step of the way. She is the first person there to pick me up when I’m feeling down and out, and encourages me to keep going. 21.01.2022 PSA// many of you have probably figured out by now that fiftein freezes a little harder than most ice creams - and that’s a good thing! It’s because we only use the best ingredients, avoiding artificial softeners and having no refined / added sugars! Make sure to leave it out for 5 - 10 minutes before eating so it will be as creamy and scoopable as this epic pic.... OR if you are severely impatient (guilty!) you can chuck it into the microwave for 10 secs to speed up the creamy goodness process. Stay cool. See more
