23.01.2022 I have seen this shared a few times on socual media ... but is true that for thousands of years music and frequency have been widely used to assist in healing. Im really enjoying this journey of facilitating various sessions and workshops as my own knowledge continues to develop ... many footsteps make a journey and I have along way ahead... I am still walking.

20.01.2022 Im not big on competition music shows... but love when someone inspiring comes along that gives the heart a hug... Codi Lee is blind and Autistic and his story is truly inspirational what the power of music can hold for us. Enjoy

20.01.2022 Interesting video ... there is defintely power in sound and frequencies.

09.01.2022 Hello friends... Just wanting to have a quick little yarn about self care. I am also one of those many people that receive visits from Anxiety and Depression... in the past I would always remove myself from social situations and 'deal with it' in solitude.... One of the reasons I started Fith Circle was to create positive environments for myself as well as others to know they are not alone in this... and to just feel safe to open up a dialogue with others. I am also a touring musician and these are the worst moments to get that feeling of anxiety and withdrawal... of which I had a little episode today. I took myself to the ocean to sit and watch and listen to the waves and just be present in the moment amd reflect on positives I have experienced and those coming into my life...like playing tonight at one of my favourite venues and the joy and release that music provides me. So ... just to say we are not alone in this, we do t know what others are experiencing... and to just take a little moment for yourself to find your happy place and take a few breaths. You got this. #selfcare #oceantherapy #fuckanxiety #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #musicistherapy

05.01.2022 We all need to take a little time for ourselves and recharge ... I feel blessed I have this little creek at the bottom of our home where I can sit amongst nature and chill and listen to the symphony of life... occasionally i join in on the conversation ... because we all have something to contribute
