So please book online a time that suits you... and me :) Cancellation Policy We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. You can even cancel your booking online. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for ...cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Reminder Service We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment. Lateness Policy Your appointment is your time, set aside specifically for you to relax and enjoy being pampered. So as not to inconvenience our mostly punctual clients, if you are late to your appointment, I will not run it late overtime into someone else’s appointed time. Arriving late means that your appointment will be cut short, and I may not have the time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. My standard booking fees will still apply. To get the most out of your appointment and to make sure I can make your lashes as lovely as possible, please arrive on time and with all eye make-up removed. Treatment Issue Policy If, for any reason you experience any issue or problem with a treatment, I am happy to give you a complimentary follow-up consultation, and then attempt to remedy the issue (which may or may not be a complimentary service, depending on the nature of the situation) however, you must contact me with three (3) working days of your appointment for me to do so. I am very, very happy to help you, but please request my assistance within a reasonable time-frame, to allow me to properly assess the treatment outcome.

12.01.2022 CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, however a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees. We welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations, or rescheduling, with less than 24 hours notice clients will be charged 50% of a normal appointm...ent cost by way of a cancellation fee. For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable. Where the booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 3 hours’ notice, or where a client is a no-show for the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment cost will be charged. Unfortunately many people who are not genuinely sick use this as a way to avoid cancellation fees simply because they’ve changed their mind or something has come up & their appointment is no longer convenient. Please understand that by cancelling at the last minute, your problem or issue becomes ours.
