Unfortunately our new booking system on our website decided to have a little tantrum therefore for the next couple of days in dealing with the amount of people allowed per class, could everyone attending please message the gym number with your Name and Class time you will be attending and you will be notified ONLY if spots are unavailable. However we will always make our best efforts to accommodate to our m...embers’ needs in line with these new regulations. Only change is that we will finish all our 5pm sessions 10 minutes early in order to allow sanitising time for the 6pm classes. See you all tonight

07.01.2022 It is our responsibility to ensure all members that our gym is frequently disinfected and cleaned and we are asking everyone to contribute with the hygiene process even more during the Coronavirus out brake by: 1. Bring your own towel at all times. 2. Wipe down all equipment after use (practice common courtesy). ... 3. Wash your hands with soap and water before and after training. 4. Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. 5. Stay home if you have flu like symptoms and avoid contact with others (contact your health care provider). Avoid training for a 14 day period. 6. During this time you must bring your own boxing gloves and shin pads to minimise any risks of infection.
