Hi all, so due to popular demand we are going to be running morning classes from 5.30am / 6.30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday booking is required for morning classes,members and casuals welcome!!! Change room and shower available ... New day time classes now as well.. Monday, Wednesday, Friday!! Kids welcome to come with parents to day classes but still in care of parents No change to afternoon classes......
