25.01.2022 We are training under strict rules. Sanitise when you walk in and out. Clean gloves, pads and headgear if used. If you got any sign of a cold dont come in. If we follow these rules your coaches gonna be dancing and singing all night haha.

24.01.2022 We hope everyone had a great Christmas and as the New Year approaches 2020 is gonna be full on. We are reopening on Monday 6th January for all members and registrations. Come in and join us we dont play boxing we do boxing and our coaching staff are accredited and ready to help you. We have made champions and keen to make you one too. Monday night 5.30pm is open for new registration and all current fighters are at normal times. Make 2020 your year.

23.01.2022 These 2 young ladies 11years old, had their first spar last night and although we have a long way to go i am extremely proud of their progress. Nice long straight punching, footwork is coming on great. Watch out for these 2 they are hungry and working hard.

20.01.2022 It was a holiday for everyone yesterday, but not for fighters, they gotta train on holidays, in the heat, in the cold, doesnt matter what day it is and give it your all. After nearly 2 hours of solid training, runs, drills and exercises we got through the day. Nice work team.

20.01.2022 We hope everyone is well and taking care of themselves. We are still training online and keeping everyone fit and ready for when the world wakes up again. Its been a mad few weeks and we are still confused as to what is happening but we wont let it stop us, keep fighting, keep training and most of all keep having fun. Cheers.

20.01.2022 We will be holding our bootcamp next month 7th 8th and 9th February to prepare for the new year. Back at Wyvenhoe Dam for 2 nights and 3 days of blood sweat and tears. 17.01.2022 Took Nate to Allstars Boxing tournament and he won in a great fight even with a cold. Well done Nate. We are heading to the Boxing shop next week with 5 fighters hopefully getting matched.

17.01.2022 I've done it again, i havent posted up our new NZ Champions, i am so sorry but things have been a bit hectic and after returning from NZ a few weeks ago i have been on the go constantly, but Maikara Tahere is 2019 NZ Champion in the 63kg Cadet division and Neitani Lelo is also 2019 NZ Champion in the 36kg division. Although Neitani's win was unopposed makes no difference to how hard this young man worked to be ready to take out this title. Maikara had 2 fights and although was really nervous on his first fight, got the win, his second fight was much better and he dominated in all 3 rounds. Congratulations boys and im so sorry i have been slack with this post.

15.01.2022 I am a fighter had over 140 fights, 59 yo and been coaching for close to 40years. Im now looking at Over 40's night where we train together you me and anyone else who wants to fight or just get fit. Im not saying im not gonna foght again but i am saying i need to get back to healthy. So we all help each other. Let me know if you'd like to help me help you. Give it a go and message me.

14.01.2022 With us being so very busy the last couple of months i didnt put up our Golden Gloves winner. Maikara Tahere is hard work lol, he is a young man with so much potential. We are all pretty proud of him he has become a force to be reckoned with and as he prepares for his first New Zealand Title next month he is working towards that goal with us and his family fully behind him. Congrats Maikara and sorry its a bit late but here it is :) Onto bigger now, go get it.

13.01.2022 Here we go again, but this time not camping so we are gonna bust out an all day bootcamp starts at 6am through to 6pm. Its boxing training, sparring, exercises, running, sprinting, swimming, and bike riding all in one days workout. Bring attitude and determination on 23rd June .2019. 10.01.2022 Bootcamp is done, we lost 3 on the second day but not after a lot of sweat and pain. Boxing bootcamps are next level, with so much packed into those 2 days, i cant begin to list it. Next one is on 30/10/20 & 1/11/20, call or text me to book in now. You have to be 13+ AND your fitness levels need to be quite high. Thanks coaches Trevor Wright, Beau Zwoerner, James Walsh and our cook Colleen Wright. You all did a fantastic job, well done and congratulations on surviving BOOTCAMP.

03.01.2022 BOOTCAMP IS ON We are all heading out to Wyvenhoe Dam for our first Fitness camp in a few weeks. If it doesnt hurt, your not working hard enough. If your not sweating your not working. If your not breathing hard, your not pushing. All those awful lines are being stored up to be let loose in 2 weeks. LETS DO THIS.
