18.01.2022 As we prepare for Queenslands restrictions to be eased this Saturday 16 May, we have been given the green light by the government to reopen the Fig Restaurant & Bar. At this stage we can have a maximum of 10 people per session, sessions will be an hour and 20 minutes each. You can pre-purchase your bevs from the Waterloo Bay Hotel Cellarbrations, simply show us your receipt when you arrive for your booking. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring all patrons & staff adhering to the Industry Approved COVID Safe Plan from QHA. Availability: Thursday Sunday, Immediate Start Job Type: Permanent Part-Time... DUTIES: 1. Entry/Exit into Venue - Ensure all patrons are signing in via QR or paper sign in sheets prior to entering the venue - Monitoring the number of people entering the venue and the capacitates of each area in the venue 2. Seated/Separated - Monitoring patron groups and ensuring there is no mingling between groups - Ensuring tables are distanced 1.5m apart for service periods - Ensuring patrons in lines (bars, TAB & toilets) are maintaining 1.5m distance at all times - Monitoring gaming room and ensuring patrons are maintain 1.54m when playing 3.
