09.01.2022 We have adjusted our 2021 Kindergarten Transition Program. This revised plan has just been emailed to parents/carers of our 2021 Kindergarten cohort. If you have not received the email, please contact the school office on 4271 6888. All families of 2021 Kindergarten students will receive a thumb drive with this virtual tour and a video message from their senior buddies. 08.01.2022 Alfie, Justin and Izack have collected 100 Figgys. They chose lunch with Miss Harding as their reward.

08.01.2022 During writing groups, Kindergarten students have been learning how to observe and infer. They have to think and speak critically to tell the evidence of the inference.

08.01.2022 Kindy kids have not had the opportunity to do many performances this year so I was very pleased to be the first person that the students from Figtree Public Sch...ool were able to sing to. They took use of the new sound system that I was able to fund for them as part of a hall refurbishment. The school leaders took me on a tour of the school to show me what has been happening this year and talked to me about their home learning experiences during COVID. 03.01.2022 These four artworks were selected as our school’s entries for the 2021 Cultural Diversity Calendar. The theme is ‘Stronger Together’. Entrants were Stella 1N, Miranda 4L, Lily K 5D and Emily 5/6L. We wish them luck and hope their art will be selected for next year’s calendar!

03.01.2022 What a year 2020 has been! We are so proud of the resilience, dedication and great spirit displayed by our Figgy kids during this unsettled and turbulent year. Our students have worked hard to consistently uphold our school values of safety, respect and learning. Therefore, we have organised a secret reward day for all of our students. This reward day supports our school-wide wellbeing program ‘Positive Behaviour for Learning’ (PBL). The students will be participating in a r...ange of games and activities together. 02.01.2022 Last month, 83 FPS students participated in the MS Readathon . They read 769 books and raised an amazing $6185! Our MS Colouring-in competition winners were announced today! Each winner was awarded with a $20 gift voucher from Dymocks. Congratulations to Nate B1, Ela KH, Ben 2P, Elina 4L and Amelia 5/6C.
