15.01.2022 Hello all, Just a quick announcement: our temporary venue for the next 2 Mondays will be St Marks Church Hall, 7 Parker Street Bassendean. There is plenty of parking behind the Bassendean Pub. Doors will be open at 9AM. We will have 2 Models - 1 Life drawing and 1 portrait model. The cost is $20 cash per person. We will be back in the Bassendean Community Hall on Monday 30 Sept. Happy sketching :)

Figure Art Bassendean is a life drawing group that meets at the Bassendean Community Centre (48 Old Perth Road Bassendean) every Monday. We have 3 models that run simultaneously, a 3 hour portrait sitting, a 3 hour reclined nude/semi-nude pose and a traditional nude life drawing group with multiple pose changes. BYO art materials, chairs and morning tea provided. We start setting up at 9AM, drawing starts at 9:30A...M, finishing at 12:30PM with a morning tea break halfway through. 14.01.2022 The After Dark Gallery & Studio in the Perth CBD have been doing 2hr online life drawing sessions via Zoom on Tuesdays. A 4:30pm and 7:00pm session. Poses range from 2 minutes to 15 minutes. Amber is the model for the 7pm session this week and to give you an idea of the look of the session, heres a short video from a previous evening. 12.01.2022 The After Dark Gallery & Studio in Perth is continuing to mix up their online offering with different models. This week on Tuesday at 7pm they have an Ultimate Curves session. The Pin-up and the Python. Lisa and her snake, Ninja. Short warmup poses sans snakey and then we shall be throwing Ninja the carpet snake into the mix.
