05.01.2022 GROUP FITNESS UPDATE As you all know, your health and wellbeing is our number one focus. We are dedicated to ensuring that you can continue to train, as advised by all leading professionals at the current time, while maintaining the safest space possible.... In addition to what measures we have already put in to place, from tomorrow you will notice some changes to how our classes work. From Tuesday, 17th March we will have; Reduced movement workouts Where possible, workouts will be designed for members to stay in the same space rather than move around the group fitness area. Reduction in use of equipment Workouts/exercises will be designed to reduce unnecessary equipment and the increase of body weight movements. Class Sizes We will continue to monitor and ensure class sizes stay at a safe level for all members to participate in. We want to assure you we want to service all our members during this time so these measures are to ensure everyone’s wellbeing is put first. Thanks team!
