05.01.2022 60 seconds with Daniel Lets talk motivation!

04.01.2022 60 seconds with Daniel! Episode 1.

03.01.2022 28 Day PlankChallenge! Perform this on either hands or elbows, keeping your shoulders directly above. Draw your belly button back to your spine and squeeze your glutes to create better abdominal engagement. Keep your eyes looking down at the floor and focus on nice slow deep breaths.... Tip: Avoid creating a pyramid or dip with your hips, remember to hold the glute squeeze throughout the time interval and find your happy place!

03.01.2022 Technique Tip - The Goblet Squat This front loaded alternative to the traditional back squat is the perfect exercise to use to learn the proper squat technique! 1Standing tall with your feet just wider than your shoulders, your first movement should be to shift the hips back. 2Squat as low as you can trying to sit your butt between your heels and keeping all your body weight on your heels. 3Pause at the bottom before pushing your body away from the floor, driving up... through your heels until you’re standing tall again. 4Repeat for desired reps and sets. ** TIP- keep the dumbbell up against your chest to minimise load on your lower back, remember this is a great exercise to work your quads, calves, glutes, your entire core as well as your arms and grip strength!
