07.01.2022 EARN IT! When new clients start at Fiit Club it’s common that they want to add weight quickly to the bar and perform maximal sets. However, you have to earn the right to add weight to the bar - Sebastian Oreb... You have to move the bar safely and efficiently. You have to master movement. You have to focus on the progressive overload. You have to think about longevity. This is why all of our programs have 4 two to three week phases. Accumulation Phases which focus on light loads, less intensity = more reps and Intensification phases that focus on heavier loads, more intensity = less reps. Clients start at approximately 70% of their 1 rep max and will build up over the next 8/12 weeks finishing on 85-90% of their 1 rep max. Once you understand the importance of small incremental changes weekly, you will start to see huge results in the weights room. #earntheright #progressiveoverload #safety #efficiently #movement #longevity #squat #weights #womenwholift
