08.01.2022 Hello FIIT Community (Apologies that my social media hasn’t been as active as I promised). As everyone is aware this coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected ever...yone in the world in some way shape or form (scary stuff). Unfortunately many have lost their jobs, income, business’ and sadly much more. The purpose for this post is to enlighten the community by alerting everyone that I will be posting FREE daily content (Home Workouts). As hard as it was to make the decision to stop training clients (face to face), I believe it was the correct decision to make. Having said that, I appreciate everyone sending me positive messages and still wanting to train with me no matter what (big big thank you!!). Okay guys it’s time to keep everyone accountable, active and healthy. There is no reason why we still can’t train.
