01.01.2022 FACTS ABOUT ME (AKA ONE OF THE OWNERS OF FIITFOCUS). 1. I have a long background in the nursing field. I started studying Nutrition in 2016 - Mid study I was shown a health program which I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with. My brother introduced me and he has lost 70kgs. Since being introduced to this program I have helped hundreds of people lose weight and get healthy. 2. I have always had a goal of opening a fitness studio, I just never knew how or when....Until I learnt more a...bout business and myself. 3. I grew up VERY shy and a SUPER INTROVERT. Since being introduced to our health business I have grown so much and am super proud of who I am today. 4. I hurt my back SIGNIFICANTLY playing netball years ago and was supposed to have back surgery. I actually turned my situation around with correcting my supplementation and in turn reduced my pain significantly to avoid surgery. 5. I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE. I thought nursing would be it for me because I could help people.... It turns out my passion is helping people lose weight, get fit and healthy all at the same time. 6. My BIGGEST PASSION IN LIFE is to create a space where people feel comfortable, confident and supported and I will not stop until that goal is reached for EVERYONE who comes in my path. 7. My FAMILY ARE MY LIFE. We are a very close family whom I love VERY MUCH. 8. I used to be overweight and unhealthy until I made a decision to change for good.... I never looked back.
