06.01.2022 A great turnout last night at the A1 Restaurant, Dandenong for the Soli curry night fundraiser for FCAV. Overwhelming support from our members in the South Ea...stern suburbs. As a not for profit organisation, the Fijian Community Association Victoria Inc. relies on grants and fundraising activities to sustain the good works that the association does for the community. The funds raised last night will go towards the planning of our big yearly Pasifika night fundraiser. We were unable to organise this yearly event last year due to COVID. This yearly fundraiser has enabled us to purchase our land in Rainbow and enabled us to provide ongoing community support services to Fijians in Victoria. Vinaka Vakalevu to all that attended and supported this fundraiser and welcome to all the new members and their families who joined last night. Vinaka Vakalevu to those members that were unable to attend but kindly donated for a great cause. Vinaka Vakalevu A1 Team for the delicious Fijian style Roti, Dhal, Mutton and Chicken Curry, Palao, Haluwa, Masala Tea and Cream Bun. Well-done! God bless our Fijian Community in Victoria!
