Please v...isit the MHFA website for more information. Our very own Ruzelle, daughter of Luz Pore Shields will start the warm up with a Zumba before the walk. Why not come with a Zumba gear to make the walk more interesting for all of s. Invite families and friends to register. There options available if you wish to make a donation but you can always tick the free option. See you all on October 18. Also check the FREE mental health and wellbeing Symposium on October 26 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. There are excellent keynote speakers on the day as well as entertainments and the Sampaguita Filipino Cultural group will be performing representing the Filipino community led by Ria Monteodorisio, daughter of Lucita Monteidorisio.
