22.01.2022 ADVISORY FROM THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN CANBERRA: Please be advised that Philippine Airlines will have special flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Manila on 29 April 2020. In the absence of an established flight schedule for flights from Manila to Perth and a lack of available quarantine facilities, Perth is an unlikely destination.... There are no restrictions for travel from Perth to Sydney and Melbourne. Filipinos wanting to return to the Philippines can still book domestic flights to Manila. DFAT recommends that they travel with proof of onward travel such as tickets for flights to Manila and Passport.
