11.01.2022 Update in Delivery Delays in Australia from our Courier Service: Our Express parcel service is still flying four days a week but where we used to fly directly into the main ports, we now only fly into Sydney. Therefore, Sydney and NSW deliveries are not affected so much. However, as you will all be aware, the borders into Queensland and Victoria are heavily restricted resulting in long delays getting into these states. And of course, Victoria is now in Level 4 lockdown for ...at least the next six weeks, meaning that (like we had in New Zealand in April) only essential services are operating and all deliveries have to be contactless. With social distancing in workplaces and any staff who are unwell not allowed into the workplace, there is increased delays in processing and getting parcels delivered to final destination. Also with no flights across to Western Australia from New Zealand, parcels are now trucked out each day from our Sydney depot, which is currently adding a week to ten days to our previous WA delivery times. Our Economy service is still departing twice a week but again, into Sydney only. Our team in Sydney then process and hand all parcels over to Australian Post in Sydney for final delivery across the country. The same as happened during Lockdown in NZ, the Postal service in Australia is processing especially large volumes of on-line e-commerce parcels for both domestic and international sales and Sydney in particular has been a choke point with up to an extra 3 7 days additional transit time on deliveries. We apologise for the delay and ask please that you allow for a longer transit time. We will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as we can. Thank you, Fill2Pure Team.

05.01.2022 Update: The Domestic Courier Network for New Zealand is completely flooded (this is for all companies). The cause for this overload is that every supplier that only began trading at Level 3 pushed all their unsent orders from Level 4 out into the network. Add to that the fact that every purchase a consumer would normally have made by going into a shop, has been throughout Level 3 been buying online with a delivery required. Also the sorting at the Courier Depots has to be... socially distanced. To exacerbate matters there is now a massive backlog that is building that will only be added to as another set of floodgates when we move to level 2 and even more freight is sent but the social distancing requirements still remain in place. It is going to be very rocky for months. Please if you are waiting for an order please allow up to a week before you contact us. If you ordered an item that says back order for any one of the products in the order your order will not be sent out till all items are in stock.
