24.01.2022 Abracadabra... mysteries await...

21.01.2022 Greetings to all! Let me tell you a bit about our little project. Motivated by our giddy enthusiasm for analogue photography, we have begun a campaign to hunt and gather hidden, forgotten, or lost rolls of film. We take these hidden treasures back to the den, develop them, scan them, and release them back into the wild for the lovely public to enjoy! Though they may have been forgotten, every photograph was taken for a reason. Collectively they all craft an endlessly fascinat...ing and tangible visually story of our history on this earth. They deserve to be seen. So, if anyone out there stumbles upon or is already in possession of old, mystery rolls of film that they wouldn't mind donating to us for preservation, drop them in or send them by plane, train or carrier pigeon to Korsos Photography in Nambour! Happy hunting!

21.01.2022 Stay tuned. Just arrived mystery rolls. Both of these were in purchased cameras, who knows how long they've been hiding. Thank you Cape for donating these to the cause

20.01.2022 Just in! This awesome piece of photographic paraphernalia is up for grabs :-)

16.01.2022 Bulk loading expired film from 1985.

15.01.2022 Just a single lonely slide from someone's long passed road trip.

14.01.2022 Odeon of Herodes Atticus After a little research and a chance encounter from one of our regular customers in the shop, we found out that this slide is in fact of Odeon of Herodes Atticus from Athens. To even think that this structure has been around since 161 AD, how amazing to see it still being used today for its intended purpose! ... Our client had actually performed there in the 1970's.

14.01.2022 An interesting test of time, Kodachrome vs Ektachrome. Notice the difference in colour fade.

10.01.2022 A lovely find from RARE EMPORIUM in Montville. Glass plate negatives. 1930's perhaps? See anyone or anywhere you recognise?

09.01.2022 One step removed from an old film, but something very special all the same. This enlargement is, we're told, a photograph of the Victory in Japan Day celebrations in Brisbane City. Many thanks to John for this bit of history!

08.01.2022 Donated to project - 2014 July 07

06.01.2022 Some old tourist slides of Auckland. Any idea as to time period?
