25.01.2022 At heart I’m more vintage-eclectic in style than contemporary so this kitchen grabbed my attention immediately. Although my kitchen is sleek white my mind is buzzing on how I could incorporate a fabulous splash back like this one . . Rg @maisoncorealestate

19.01.2022 PERSPECTIVE || Every situation has a number of ways of interpreting it. In difficult times don’t assume to know what’s happening in another person’s world. Showing empathy and understanding is the foundation to all future relationships.

17.01.2022 I love this quote. It’s so true for so many professions. I think right now it’s so important to get creative. Don’t do what everyone else is doing to get clients or what has been done in the past. Think outside of the box. Chat to people and get ideas from places you wouldn’t normally be looking. . 17.01.2022 I know you guys are busy and after some time off you’ll be ready to dive into prospecting for the new year & finding new ways to get leads. Make 2020 the year you add social media to your marketing plan. It doesn’t have to cost you money and is a fantastic way to build relationships. Really, it’s a no-brainer! . So if you’re starting fresh with Instagram my tip for today is to use hashtags! They seriously increase engagement and if more people interact with your account Instagram will reward you by showing your post to more people - kind of a snowball effect! . I’d you’d like the top hashtags for realestate then shoot me a DM and I’ll send back to you. Just add them to the first comment of your post.

13.01.2022 Don’t focus on what’s ahead, focus on what you’ve achieved. Positivity feeds positivity

11.01.2022 It’s a new year and new beginnings. The time will never be perfect. Use the next couple of days to take your social media to the next level - whether it be starting an Instagram account from scratch or sitting down for 10 minutes and interacting with other users to increase the engagement on your account, it is all a step in the right direction to increasing the exposure of your brand.

10.01.2022 2020 has taken an almighty swing and hit us right where it hurts, but we, as Australians have hit right back and shown we are one courageous nation that unites as one. Sending all our love to everyone affected and those still being affected. It makes us proud to be Australian. Happy Australia Day

06.01.2022 A New Year, A New Decade. . With many starting back today from a break with family and friends it’s time to make your vision your reality. . It doesn’t need to be a sprint, consistency is the key. I’m taking my own advice and making the commitment to show up! Perfectionism is not the key, planning & intention is. My attention has always been on my clients’ social media and not as much on my own. This year I’m making consistency & value my key to success

06.01.2022 During these crazy times everyone, including your future clients, are at home using their phones. . Use these 6 steps to grow your Instagram Account and watch the engagement grow.

03.01.2022 [WARNING - BRUTAL HONESTY AHEAD]. I am constantly reminding my clients that Instagram is not a place for chest beating, it’s a place to get to know people and give value which in turn creates relationships. Someone once told me to think of it like a cocktail party. You walk through the door and immediately look for like-minded people, start a conversation, find things in common and BAM! You have a connection. You certainly don’t walk in the door, stand on a chair and tell eve...ryone who’ll listen what you do for a living and how good you are at it. In fact, it will probably put people off (& let’s face it, they’ll more than likely think you’re a little bit weird ). Now is the perfect time to use IG for the purpose it was designed for and get ahead of your competition who are still using it to promote themselves. You’ll attract people without even trying and your engagement levels with skyrocket!! See more

01.01.2022 It’s such a wonderful initiative to see so many agencies from the real estate industry come together as one, to support the tragedy in Australia. If you’d like to support visit beyondthebricks.com.au . ********************... We’re deeply saddened by the bushfires and the devastating effects they’ve had across Australia, with many of our own staff, friends and family directly impacted by the disaster. A large group of brands within the Australian real estate industry has come together and we’re working with relief organisations to support the bushfire affected communities and wildlife with our campaign #BeyondtheBricks. Beyond the Bricks is a three-phase plan to provide assistance not only during the crisis but to the communities most affected in the aftermath. If you’d like to donate visit beyond the bricks.com.au .
