25.01.2022 After almost 8 weeks with Border restrictions, Filter World is now back in business because from last Wednesday you don’t need any specific reason to enter NSW as long as you live in the border bubble. So today I enjoyed a nice game of golf without wearing a mask.

16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Over the last 12+ months you may have noticed Kylie has been helping me out a lot with my scheduled services. The main reason is that I was experiencing heart problems. This resulted in me having a Pulmonary Ablation followed by open heart surgery to complete 6 bypasses and a MAZE procedure last November.... I feel very blessed and thankful to all the medical staff that assisted me during this treatment. I am very grateful to have been given a second chance at life. Now, as an Advocate for the Heart Foundation, my aim is to increase heart disease awareness and to raise vital funds to support lifesaving medical research. This is extremely important as heart related problems are still the biggest killer in Australia. The good news is most heart problems can be prevented if proper action is taken. If you, or someone you know, is experiencing any kind of heart problem, please go and get checked out immediately before it’s too late. On Sunday 4th October, the ‘Maccas’- my wife, Dianne, and I, along with our daughters, Ellie and Natalie - will be walking from Peechelba Community Centre to our home at Yarrawonga. We will be participating in the My Marathon event and hope to raise $5000 for the Heart Foundation. 16.01.2022 Unfortunately due to clashes of events this weekend Filter World won’t be attending this year’s ‘Family Carnival Market’ at the Yarrawonga foreshore. Instead, I will be participating in the Chiltern vintage motorbike rally with Dianne and our girls. Should be a lot of fun

13.01.2022 Today, due to COVID-19, I advised all my customers that it’s really important to clean and sanitise their water dispensers as often as possible to prevent the spread of this virus. All of our rental water dispensers are regularly cleaned and sanitised inside and out. However, in these times, a little more is required! Drinking lots of fresh healthy drinking water is also very beneficial to your health. Stay safe and keep well.

06.01.2022 FREEDOM AT LAST: Thanks to the new restrictions I was able to obtain a Border pass to travel to Deniliquin NSW for work. It was really great as it felt like a holiday. No masks and able to eat out . These privileges may seem little, but when you’re living in Victoria they’re HUGE.

05.01.2022 YAY- What a Day! Kylie and I travelled over 400km today, servicing customers at Benalla, Yea, Seymour and Shepparton. The Pizza and coffee at Yea was again well worth the drive

04.01.2022 Today on my routine service trip to Deniliquin, I met another fantastic artist, Heffcuth (I think that was his name), painting the Finley Bowling Club building. Amazing work - next time you’re in Finley take a look, it will be worth it.
