20.01.2022 While I'm working hard to complete my Certs. III & IV in Personal Training, I'm fortunate enough to utilise and train at the Thredbo Leisure Centre here in NSW. The 1,360m altitude provides me with a challenging and satisfying take on my training, as opposed to working at sea-level, which I've grown so accustomed to over the years! Training at this altitude forces the body to produce more red blood-cells for oxygen intake, which is ideal for cardio-based work and provides a great pump for resistance training.

This particular blog delves into potential foods and diets which lead into the buildup of excessive estrogen, which can lead into unfavourable habits such as stress, lack of motivation as well as belly fat. Be sure to squeeze at the top. The weight doesn't have to be too extreme and a slow, concentrated movement is recommended to really work on that peak! ... Hope you enjoy! Justin.
