13.01.2022 No rest for the wicked!!! Our official date to reopen in 2021 is Monday the 4th of January, but some people just can't wait!!!!

05.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the recent announcement of the lock down across greater Brisbane the gym will be closed from today and will reopen on Tuesday the 12th of January, meaning no classes will run tonight, Saturday or Monday. As advised by health officials please stay home as much as possible, if you do leave the home wear a mask and practice social distancing.

03.01.2022 Aaaaaand that's a wrap!!!! We finished up our last class for the year today and what a wild year it's been!!!!! For the people who have kept training after the covid shut down, a sincere thank you. We recently had our end of year grading, which was a great success. Congratulations to those who received a belt or stripe.... We get straight back into it on Monday the 4th of January, so I'll see you all then. For those who can't wait until then keep an eye on our open mat group.
