24.01.2022 Keilan, Sandra and their bundle of fur were over the moon (and the stars) to finally move into their first home! After working through their search for a block and house design, then getting their loans approved back in August 2018, it was fantastic to visit them and see what their finished residence looked like. And it looks great! Thank you Sandra, and Keilan for giving myself and Tick Finance the opportunity to help you build your dream home! J
24.01.2022 Definitely the time to start looking.

18.01.2022 And in breaking news, Gabriel is particularly chuffed with himself, as not only has he bought his first home, but he had enough funds left over to rip out the bathroom and pull up the carpets! Of course he still had enough left over to put in a fancy new shower, vanity unit and elegant flooring! Thank you Gabriel for giving Tick Finance the opportunity to help you set up house and home! J
18.01.2022 WARNING - to the residents of Joondanna and possible surrounds - a young male and female are masquerading as donation collectors for the Royal Flying Doctors Se...rvice (RFDS). They are also conning people to gain entry to their residences for credit card transactions and people are unwittingly providing those details to them. They have an authentic sounding marketing approach and are wearing shirts with the RFDS insignia. RFDS have confirmed they DO NOT door knock for donations and the shirts can be purchased online. If you happen to see the pair please contact Police on 131 444 or Morley Police on 9375 4000. See more

11.01.2022 Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR) from all banks Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR) for Home Loan, Personal Loan or designated Overdraft is going live from mid-September 2019 for the remaining major lenders, that have not already done it. Customers will now have more detailed information displayed on their credit report. Every bank runs a credit report when you submit a loan, whether that be pre approval or a full application... The CCR information includes: The financial institution where the account is held - ANZ, NAB etc The type of account that is held Personal Loan, Home Loan, Overdraft or Credit Card Account dates - open and closed (where applicable) Current account liability (for loans, the balance plus redraw amount) or credit limit The account repayment history, including: o When payments are made on time o When payments are more than 14 days late What this means is that, every bank can see what loans you have had, and if you were ever in default, this will directly effect future loan applications. Now more then ever it is important to keep your loan accounts in order.
11.01.2022 We all need a bit of a laugh on a Friday :)

01.01.2022 What is unfolding around the world and indeed in our own country is unique. Who would think that a government ever would put a travel ban in for the WHOLE world. Whether you believe its "just a flu"or not, the spread of this virus is very contiguous, people really dont know how its spread, and our health care system can only handle so many cases at once. Things need to change to stop this spread and everyone needs to do their part.... In view of this, Tick Finance has relocated it self to working from home for the next 2 weeks, all brokers and loan managers are still available to help out with anything, our emails and phone numbers do work. So please text, email or call and we are here to help in any questions or queries you have.
