04.01.2022 Great news over the weekend as the Federal Government announced the building timeline extension for all successful applications on the HomeBuilder grant Orig...inally grant recipients had to have the build started within six months of their contract sign date - the extension now sees the timeframe stretch out to 18 months, which is a huge relief for all builders and home owners out there as we have heard of many delays due to building supplies and things out of their control.
