08.01.2022 What a pleasure it was to see two light horseman marching at the 105th Anzac Parade this morning. As I stand here before the war memorial at 4.30am at Finch H...atton RSL, I remember the 16 locals that that didn’t return home to Finch Hatton and all those in the armed forces who came before us and those that protect our country today. I also recognise our indigenous men and women who fought along side them. I have a feeling of loss when I think of my Grandad and I know we owe our freedom and lifestyle that we all enjoy today to our fallen and the sacrifice they made.
