20.01.2022 Victoria and Albert what a beautiful story. Victoria was already Queen she already had her kingdom and she was blessed enough to meet the love of her life, Albert. She reined with beauty and great strength. Together they became rulers, rivals, partners, lovers, friends. Although she held so much power she wanted to share it with Albert. He was king he was just as passionate, just as powerful in his own way. A love story lead by power, but also lead by love. Many friends ...ask me for advice on certain behaviours during their dating experience. I always take it case by case but the biggest thing that I have come across in this journey is that there are no rules in love. Life is one big imperfect beautiful mess. We will never be perfect or in the right place to be with someone. It's about accepting and growing. The thing is you already have your kingdom it may just need renovating. 20.01.2022 Last week I was feeling angry, then sad, then disappointed. I forgot to honour my feelings, I forgot to love myself unconditionally. As spiritual beings walking this human existence we forget sometimes that the feeling of being overwhelmed is forgetting to address our emotions. Emotional intelligence means that we need to address and release no matter how painful it is. The pain is part of the package that we have been blessed with. Out of pain something beautiful transforms ...we become free from a weight that pulls at our hearts. It is not something that won't come back again, and this doesn't mean you've failed it means you are living our human experience. You are living, breathing, loving, experiencing. Saturday morning I released all the pain. It was so hard to admit I wanted to feel a safe and secure in old habits. We all do at times, but I knew as I was speaking it, that wasn't me anymore. I couldn't do the things I once did I couldn't live a lie. The person I've become is one that accepts all regardless of the emotion. So by late Saturday night at work talking to people I started to live in the moment again. Listen to their stories, be inspired by who they are, what they've become, and how they live. All of which live freely, happily in relationships, or by traveling, just being their wild. 16.01.2022 I have been talking about this for a while. This is somewhat my theory and how it can align our mind, body, spirit. Writing my book and living it has healed me beyond measure. What is negative? It's attributes of our soul. So why disown it? Exactly what was said we are rejecting a part of ourselves. Why not love it? Why not give it love instead of the "negative" emotions. We are living in a world taught to suppress rather than release. Hence why more people have out of contro...l behaviours. Because they haven't taken the time to explore themselves, fully.
