22.01.2022 Hello everyone! I am feeling the unrest and disjointedness of many. There is a palpable feel to the energy all around us at the moment. Please know that YOU are the creator of this world, and that WE can change this energy anytime we wish. I CHOOSE to send out unconditional love to the Earth and her people at this time, and I do it as a wave pulsing around the Earth...feel this now, and join in, if you wish.... There are many opportunities for us all to be in our integrity and connected to and aligned with Spirit. Know that energy has shifted to feminine...and it is being grounded NOW. The thing that will stop this happening is complacency...so, I am sharing this to ask you all to lift your own vibrations and stand in your power....not only for each of yourselves personally, but for the Earth and All as a whole. Most of us as women have taken a back seat always...we have given love to everyone else, and we want to solve other's problems, and help everyone we can...just so they can be okay, and we can be okay...Does this sound familiar? I have always said that it does state in the Bible, 'Love one another as you do yourself', NOT 'Love one another INSTEAD of yourself!' So, please start by putting yourself first. because if you don't take care of you, and start asking for what you wish, then you will have nothing left to give to others. If you take back your power, and start to do this, then the ripple effect on the world will be wonderful! We are in a re-birth situation, and the Earth needs our help. Sacrificing does not feels good...just please be kind...to others and to YOU. Do not dwell on the chaos, but while you are waiting strengthen your own inner core and connections with Nature and with your inner self too. Know that we are being re-made on a daily basis. What we think about, we bring about. So, put some extra thought into what you are creating around you each day...is it fear and uncertainty...or is it love, patience and the knowing that all is well. 19.01.2022 Hello everybody! Just a thought for today.... Sit somewhere peaceful... Breathe slowly in.......and out.....in.....and out....and relax your whole body from the top of your head, all the way down to your toes.... Now, with your eyes closed...picture yourself outside....... and in front of you is your favourite tree.... It is swaying gently in the breeze.... Go over to it.... hug it deeply....and sigh.... and then sit with your legs stretched out in front of you... and your back totally supported by your wonderful tree. Now...breathe slowly in...and out...once more... and with your eyes closed...ask for the little folk...the fairies...to come around you....they can fly...and touch you gently on your arm or your face...it is like a whisper as they do so....and it feels lovely.... You now feel totally at peace... and totally loved... and accepted... Doesn't that feel marvellous?! You smile....and the fairies smile back...you are ONE with Nature...and you feel healed...and whole. Now, thanking the tree, and the fairies for all their healing and love...you rise...and hugging your tree once more.... you take your leave....and come back to the room from where you began.... 11.01.2022 I share love out into the whole grid around our beloved Earth...I sit, and from my heart...I reach down into the earth...to her crystalline core...and I gather some energy from those huge crystals...and bring it back up through all the layers, up into my heart...THEN...I take some energy from my heart again and reach UP right out through my body and my crown...and up to a star....and then I gather some energy from here...bringing it back down all the way through my crown and down into my heart...I breathe in...and out...and then I send this energy out...all around me...like I am in a bubble of golden light....and then I pulse it out in waves...to the entire Earth...all around...and I breathe again...in...and out...and I am at peace....Hugs, Barbara xoxoxo

11.01.2022 Just a quick reminder to really enjoy each moment of your life. We often forget to do this. There is so much information from the Media. There are responsibilities we all have.... There is the many people we come into contact with daily. There is the everyday upkeep of our homes and workplaces. So much to take in and process. It is as if we are in the 'Soup' of life, with all the extra things being thrown into the mix to hopefully make a great dish as it all comes together at the end! But, sometimes, it don't taste so good... I believe that what is needed is the little extras to spice it all up....and our lives! The connections with Nature....go outside and take your shoes off! Breathe slowly in....and out....outside! If you are at a beach...draw a three sides triangle and place your towel down inside to lay on...do this...it is as if a three sided pyramid etherically forms over you as you lay there....ask questions or just ask for some energy as you relax....it is amazing to me the answers I receive and the energy I have after doing this! If you feel 'mucky' after a long, hard day....why not get a hose while outside and you can see your shadow...and hose it off...get rid of all the muck! Works a treat! Alternatively if you are later arriving home, then simply have a wonderful shower with the intent of washing off any negativity...I also put a few little crystals into my shower head, so when the water runs through, you get crystal water to cleanse in! Try to eat 'alive' food....this does include frozen food as well as fresh. Remember to drink water...we are made up in each of our cells of around 90% water, and when we work, or even meditate; each of our cells works on helping us...so, we need to drink water to replace what we have used....the body has many cries for water when we do not consume enough of it daily. Tea counts! (Thank God! Ha Ha!) Also, please be kind....to yourself...stop 'picking' on you for any perceived 'faults'. You are actually an individual, so stop comparing yourself to any other person! (And, you are okay as you are! Hugs!) And, be Grateful....thanks goes such a long way in bringing things to be thankful for into your life! What you think about, you bring about. If you are grateful....and feeling blessed....daily...then, the Universe will bring you more things to be thankful and grateful for! Works every time... So, may you really enjoy your daily Soup concoction....in every single moment...and smile at yourself...now and then. Hugs and much love to me....(Ha Ha!)....and to YOU! (I put this in, because we often do things for others, and forget to love ourselves, and if we use up all our reserves, then we have nothing left to give, and we get really tired...and often cranky...and we don't want to run on such low energies...do we?) I recently joined a group that shows you how to get what you want out of life, one step at a time...and they mention that you have to know what your goal or goals are before you can move ahead...because if you don't define WHAT you want, and get specific about it...then HOW can you be excited enough to proceed? I am sharing this video that my friend Di had on her timeline. This man knows his way around a bow and arrow. When I wrote down my goals and aspirations f...or that group I joined, I couldn't think of many things, but, once I had seen this video, it reminded me of a goal of mine to have a go at archery...Now, I would really love to have a go, but I do acknowledge that this gentleman has a great deal of skill....He is amazing. You are needed at this time....shine...and as you take on board this golden light you will feel more peaceful, calm and wise.
