24.01.2022 I have been so quiet I’m sorry, but I have also been busy refocusing on my weight loss goal. Since having my daughter I have not been the most motivated person to lose the baby weight and then going into lock down left me alone with my own thoughts and feelings and I was not in a good place. It made me realise I still have a long way to go when it comes to my mental health and getting rid of the fat girl persona I have lived with for so long. I won’t say I’m over that b...ut the last few months it’s like a switch flipped and I’m back on track again. 13.01.2022 These are crazy times but not the time to give up on yourself. The photo below is me in Europe on the holiday of a lifetime. A holiday I would never have taken if I gave up on myself and my weight loss goal. Travel changed me, it gave me so much love for life and Allowed me to live the true me and now I am that person everyday. ... If I had given up on my weight loss goal when times got tough I hate to imagine where I would be today. Maybe just maybe I wouldn’t even be here and that thought terrifies me and I am so grateful that I am where I am today. 13.01.2022 I know sometime it can feel like the light at the end of that deep dark tunnel can seem so far away and you don’t know if you will ever get there. I have been where you are and it is the loneliness place on the planet and some days I didn’t want to even try anymore, BUT I kept going. YOU can get there and I tell you this! there is a beautiful and happy future waiting for you I know this because I have lived it and I have reached the other side of that deep dark place. ... 04.01.2022 What morning rituals do you have to get you pumped for the day ahead? One of my morning rituals is I AMS See my video for an example of my morning I AMS. ... They get me ready for the day, I say things that I need to hear for that day and things that I am working on to turn into a know about myself instead of a I could be. It’s repetition so eventually I just know I am already that person. Try it out for a week and let me know your results.
