25.01.2022 Day 1 meals: Lunch: 1/2 cut steel cut oats made into porridge & served with steamed apple, fresh banana, sunflower seeds, pepitas & hemp hearts. Dinnner : Dahl with black rice + salad - butter lettuce, spinach, snow peas, tomato, cucumber, avocado.
19.01.2022 Day 2 meals The steel cut oats with fruit & seeds as Day 1. Dinner of baked potato wedges with vegetable curry and salad. Ate the salad first this time but was sooooooo full after both meals I wonder if I am eating too much?!?!
