21.01.2022 I have purchased a GPS tracker for my fur babies. They are very reasonably priced. I never want to go through that again!! It was extremely traumatic! If you want to buy one for your babies, Use the code IMY3Y to get 10% off.

14.01.2022 Nine days and several sightings within our area and I think we are getting closer. Which is positive but we still haven’t found Ziggy! A lady rang today saying she most definitely saw him 2 days ago but she only saw our flyer today. She also has a Ragdoll and thought for a second Ziggy was her cat but remembers his distinctive face. He’s in the area! Fingers crossed!! Going for another night walk tonight.

05.01.2022 Never Give Up !!!

04.01.2022 I walked the streets of our wonderful Heath Estate today talking to neighbours, letterbox dropping of flyers and calling for my little fur baby, Ziggy. I met some wonderful, kind people. What a hell of a way to meet the neighbours! What an entrance to our new neighbourhood. I walked the golf course, I called till my voice was hourse! Another day, more searching. I am not a religious person, but I got on my knees today, clasped my hands together and prayed to St Anthony and St Francis to bring my Ziggy boy safely home to me

04.01.2022 I have just bought Findster GPS pet trackers so I don’t have to go through this ever again. They are not expensive and if I’d known about them before, none of this would have happened

03.01.2022 So an interesting few days! The little lady who thought that my cat might have been hanging around her house called me yesterday morning and said that she saw the cat sitting on her back verandah but sadly she doesn't think that it is my cat. I said is it a coloured tortoiseshell cat and she said yes (the one Ivy saw the day before). But I said I would come over anyway and get a photo of it in case that one was also lost and I could search it on the lost cats sites. So I go t...here and it had already jumped the back fence. My pet detective skills are developing so I climbed the surrounding fences and called out to it. It did meow and I took a photo over the fence from a distance. I knocked on the neighbours door and it turns out, it's their cat!! So a false alarm there. But today I sent another post out to my wonderful Heath community and a fellow said he saw a cat running along his back fence on Thursday or Friday. I sent a few pics to him and he said, yes that was the cat I saw! So he lives a few streets away in the Heath. So this means that Ziggy could still be in the area. We spent 3 days searching an area 2.5 kms away coz a lady thought she saw our cat. It's hard to know whether it was our cat or not and now I am thinking that it probably wasn't and that Ziggy could have been right under our noses the whole time. People have been so lovely and really want to help and I am sure the lady really wanted that cat to be mine. So now I have scatted his litter tray all along the back of our fence line on the other side. (Sorry neighbours, it really stinks!!) but I am hoping that this will be enough for him to smell his own wee and come home!! We just walked the area that the man lives tonight, but nothing yet. Fingers crossed he shows up soon!! See more
