21.01.2022 Hi everyone. Once again it has been some time since I have dedicated time to this page. Life has been constantly taking me in different directions than planned this year and I have certainly had ups and downs with how I feel about that. In all it has allowed me to ensure I am able to put my beliefs into practice and while I fail sometimes, I eventually come back to those old favourites. Trust everything happens for a reason. Go with the flow. Accept what is now and focus p...ositively for the future. I have two current favourite sayings that are also helping me get through. It is what it is What will be, will be The mind is so powerful and if we can just tap into it and call on it in the time of need, it is amazing how quickly things can turn around. I still have some things to work toward including how much time to dedicate to Finding Me but it is a passion and I get so much reward from helping other people. So if anyone would like help through any of the services I provide, please let me know and I will find a way to make it happen, even if it means I come to you. Hope some of this helps with your ongoing journey.

18.01.2022 Hi everyone. I keep seeing people viewing this and I know in time it is what I am meant to get back to. Unfortunately my current living situation makes it a bit difficult but I am not going to give up.
