25.01.2022 "I went into these seminars and sessions thinking it would be great to have some tools for helping people. Little did I know how much it would help me. I feel like I have learned so much more about myself and people and how we all function individually and together. Everything seems to make so much more sense now. Even though I still have struggles the mystery is taken out and now there is less self judgement, confusion and fear of failure. In the process of learning to love ...and accept myself more fully, I have found I have more energy to love others and accept my situation more fully because I am not so drained and depressed by my situation or who I am. Actually the difference in my energy levels is amazing. I feel like I had trapped myself in a bubble of judgement and unrealistic expectations which was exhausting me and now I am free. It was amazing to me to be able to uncover the reasons for the way I think and view the world and therefore react to it. It has been instrumental in bringing deep healing into my life and fulfillment that I have been longing for. I am very grateful." - Kate

However, the time I spent with Amanda working through and understanding my identity, has enabled me to step into being who I truly am with confidence. 04.01.2022 "Have you ever asked yourself Why did I just respond like that?, followed by feelings or thoughts of disappointment, shame, surprise, anger, embarrassment etc at the response you gave? I have, and haven’t enjoyed it. For me learning about my temperament has enabled me to answer that question better and faster, not every time but definitely more often. Why is that important? It’s two-fold, good for me and for those around me. Personally, it’s reduced the timeframe in whi...ch my life, thoughts and emotions spin seemingly out of control. Secondly, it has helped me at times to stop before I act or speak, not because I’m not being true to myself but as one example, I realised the very high expectations I placed on myself were about to be projected, un-necessarily onto a colleague. The best thing I did that day was to shut my mouth. I realised part of my own identity was in task and recognition, so allowed him to finish his portion of that same task in a realistic timeframe, and let go of my need to be recognised for completing a task well. I now also am aware that part of my temperament has a deep need to be understood, for truth & for security. I can look back on situations now and recognised my reaction in particular situations was deeply rooted in these three things and knowing I’m super sensitive these areas has given me more clarity in current situations and I’m confident will continue to. I don’t think we ever arrive, but certainly learning about my temperament and the temperament of others has been a pathway to a healthier me and a greater understanding of those in my world" - Pam
