19.01.2022 The end of the year is near and when I asked what page I needed to read out of my book, this one opened up to me. What does it mean to stand strong in my core? It's all about knowing who I am. I am LOVE and ONE with all. And so it is for you and you and you....when we come to this realisation, we can weather any storm. ... And as the New Year approaches I am being nudged to share this with you all. Have you given yourself the time to sit and be? Have you been kind and gentle with yourself, giving yourself love and self care including forgiving yourself anything that lingers within that no longer serves? Have you looked into what's important in your life and made the changes to move into a more conscious, joyful and purposeful life? How does gratitude play out in your life? Do you come from a place of Love with yourself, others and the world around you? Some questions to ponder as we look back on this year and contemplate how we would like to travel forward into 2021 and beyond. We find our way, our own way, yet the ONE thing that connects us all is LOVE - who we are. With that said, I wish you all much love and gratitude as we travel together on our journeys into the New Year.

14.01.2022 While I was away in Melbourne I had the opportunity to speak to a reader who told me that after reading my book, she woke up one day and decided to bring a change of attitude to her work and some issues that she was experiencing. She explained the huge difference this has made to her working days and said even her partner mentioned that he noticed she has been coming home happier!! And now she has passed the book onto her son for him to read as well ... I was so touched to hear this anecdote and am so full of joy knowing that sharing my story has helped to make a difference in this person's life. My heart is full. I couldn't ask for more. 06.01.2022 On a spur of a moment trip to Melbourne, I was blessed to catch up with some Melbourne authors from the Ultimate 48hr Author family. Such heartfelt connections!! Feel truly blessed to have such inspiring and incredible women in my life. Writing a book has changed my life in such amazing ways!! Still blows me away #gratitude #heartfull
05.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR So my intention this morning was to go to the beach for day break but I slept right through to have the sunshine streaming into my bedroom. I am off to work today and with 2 dogs in tow I decided to stay here and walk the dogs around my local area.... The song that came to me as I was thinking how disappointing it was to have missed what I wanted to experience was 'Che Sera Sera'...'what will be will be'. And in realising how true this is, I took off on my walk with a happy gait and found myself in awe and wonder with the magical sights I came across and posted here for your enjoyment Life is going to be full of missed experiences, where we will need to be flexible and go with the flow. Change is one thing that is guaranteed in life and this year I feel it will be seen and felt stronger than what we may have experienced in the past.... So what attitude will you bring into 2021? This morning, I am reminded to go with flow no matter what may pay ahead for 'che sera sera....the future is bright you see... ..che sera sera'
