22.01.2022 We're back!! Next week we will see the return of The Hummingbird Talks and do we have some fantastic shows lined up!!! These shows will takes into the Christmas period and have you really thinking about the year ahead, 2021 or as some people might call it 2020 version 2.0.... 18.01.2022 It was a gorgeous Saturday morning today! Every week I'm at Manly North Steyne attending meditation through @makingmeditationmainstream It is a community founder movement offering meditation and a place for people to connect! We start at 6.30am and some mornings is a struggle to get there but once you are there, it is all worth it. Meditation, connection, swim, coffee! The pics don't it justice! Next Saturday we are launching our location, which just opposite @jellyfishmanly and we hope to see you there. Alongside myself as a community crew leader, I have these lovely ladies @taliwonder and @simonehhill Looking forward to next week and seeing you there!

This week have the beautiful Mel Wood back and we talking about "The Mother Wound" We talk openly about our relationships with our mums, giving insights about our childhoods and how our relationships have changed over time. The Mother Wound can be suggested that we all have at some point need to heal from. We discuss what the Mother wound, the different roles mums can play and we talk about the generational patterns that could be playing out in our lives today. 13.01.2022 Over the weekend we had the pleasure of supporting Nanette and her team to raise money for @tourdecureaus Nanette runs #highteabythesea yearly and this is the second time myself and the gorgeous ladies, @nattyferguson and @theodora.dalakakis got to be a part of it!! For the whole afternoon we were giving Intuitive readings (and indirectly, healings) to the lovely guests supporting this cause! #highteabythesea is something we look forward to each year as its always a fun event..., filled with very special ladies who give their love, time and support to their community!
