23.01.2022 cheers to my first class here in geelong i can not thank everyone enough for their support and for those who attended, your all such gems next week to change things up alittle bit, i’ll be running a class @ 5:15 - 6:15pm, to see if that slot suits aswell!! ... after next week it’ll be christmas & new years, but once january starts, a set timetable will be put in place hope to see you all next week namaste lil x

21.01.2022 self isolation = no yoga classes unfortunately due to new health restrictions my yoga here in geelong will have a delayed start ... but once the world settles, yoga will be on for everyone in the meantime everyone stay safe & look after yourself

17.01.2022 b a l a n c e - such a vital aspect of a healthy body and mind. i’ll admit, i struggle to find and maintain balance everyday, but the lesson i’ve learnt is to ease the pressure upon myself to stick to a routine,to start appreciating the body when it’s in its finest form, of a balanced lifestyle, but then to notice and be aware of our body when that balance is missing, these states are the ones we learn from, can dive deeper into and take more out of it then in any other state. find what balances you, but also remember what tips you over that edge.

12.01.2022 rest is so important in the rebuilding and growth of our bodies. nowadays rest is something that is profound, a state that is looked over through phones and the need for constant stimulation. i for one, feel guilty when i do nothing. this mindset towards a vital pillar in our lives is crazy yet i don’t think i’m alone... to do nothing is to waste time or not fulfil the day, yet to do nothing should be seen as the most beneficial and supreme part of our lives. rest allows re...juvenation and the balancing of all our organisms, why must we deprive ourselves of something our body craves day in and day out. rest can come in all shapes and sizes, none in which include a phone that constantly craves attention, rest should be a state where your at one with yourself and your body, may it be walking along the beach, taking child’s pose whilst in practise or taking a nap, these all require lesser brain power then that of replying to a snapchat. i for one am putting fourth my rest over anything else, listening to my body when it craves deeper attention and care, so that i can enjoy when adventure comes my way and fully commit to my occupations daily. to sum it all up - it’s okay to rest See more
