13.01.2022 Do you compare labels? This afternoon I made a quick dash to the supermarket. One item on the list was Passata (tomato purée). Naturally, I went for the cheaper brand, only 40 cents cheaper, but every cent counts! Before popping it in my basket, I picked up the other brand and compared labels. Surely there wouldn't be any difference, after all it is just tomatoes.... Well, there was a difference, one was packed with added sugar, the other had none. Safe to say I paid the extra 40 cents in this instance! Moral of the story: Compare labels ladies!! You will be surprised with your findings. Casey x See more

12.01.2022 YUM!!! This just hit the spot! A side of sweet potato wedges with my lunch. Cut sweet potato into wedges, spray with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. Bake until crispy. Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt!

If I were to do some form of online coaching/mentoring for BEGINNERS, tell me what is it that you need the most? Exercise guidance? Nutrition advice?... One on One Mentoring or Group Program?
