25.01.2022 Welcome to the #greataustraliancraftshow This is as close to a show as we can get for now, I miss seeing all of you face-to-face, and want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support, especially those of you who grabbed a few bargains in the $10 metre sale. 24.01.2022 I’m super excited to be heading back to Newcastle for 4 days at #craftalive I’m packing nice and early, as I’m out of the routine of packing up for a show every 3-4 weeks, and I have lots of exciting new things, yet to be unveiled.....! I will definitely bring the calculator too, it’s surprising how quickly the brain slows down when it’s not being used much!! 24.01.2022 Sale!!! To try to balance the stock levels, I am having a flash sale of many of our premium fabrics. Head to the website and look at the ‘$18 metre sale’ page. Many of these fabrics have never been on sale before. You may find a fabulous backing for your quilt, with $10-12 a metre off. Both chambrays and cottons available. I will be monitoring sales closely and removing fabrics from the sale as stock becomes more balanced. As you know, Mas d’Ouvan has ceased printing, some of these fabrics are down to the last roll. 24.01.2022 I have just met up with our gorgeous local boomerang bag ladies. They have made a few bags using my fabric. Great for scrappy bits and using up bits of lace, ribbon, old doilies etc. The ladies even line the bags with old tablecloths or sheets. 17.01.2022 A bit squinty out here! But I am loving all the fresh air and listening to the birdsong while I work. The novelty of an online show! I did get out of my pyjamas, but I may still have my slippers on! The quilt kit in this video is various colours of our Ruby Delight, which is on sale as part of the show, for $135. 17.01.2022 My favourite corner of the house.... I had retired this quilt, because we sold out of the border and binding fabric, which was dots red tea. However I have 2 kits available with substitute Sati red tea, and they look gorgeous. The quilt measures 165cm square. $165 down to the clearance price of $120. 11.01.2022 Who can guess where I am? Yes, beautiful Stockton. This is my second stay here, it’s magic, who wouldn’t love to relax with a sunset on the beach, says this inland girl from Glenrowan. I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it, due to the current weather catastrophe NSW is struggling with. Normally we would be taking these beauties to the French festivals, #paris2provence #bonjourperthfrenchfestival where we have a fabulous time, eating, drinking, shopping, dancing. Alas, we can not this year, so spoil yourself with 40% off most of our stock. 09.01.2022 Sale extended! A few of you contacted me today to let me know you were still waiting on your parcels, and that you would like to choose backing from the sale when your fabrics arrived. No problem. There are 2 sale pages, one at $18 per metre, and a second page at $10 per metre, clearance. On the whole I think Australia Post do a great job, particularly our wonderful team here in Glenrowan, David and Lizzie are worth their weight in gold, or in my case... Anzac biscuits and Afghan cookies.... remember the difficulties the post is facing, limited flights, detours to different dispatch facilities and possibly staff having to isolate. #thankyouaustraliapost

It is temporary, a pop up shop you could say, while we wait to get back to the thrill of the craft shows, and the dedicated quilters around the country, and in the UK. In the meantime, you can come and visit me in the shop in beautiful Glenrowan, 2 hours North of Melbourne. The shop is in the main Street, with a bright yellow front door.
