25.01.2022 Well, just when we thought we were in the clear, COVID has dragged us back again. I have been waiting for advice from my association and the health department before making my decision, they have both said I am able to continue working and I intend on doing so. Again, I remind you of these important questions that need to be answered before making a booking:... - Are you unwell or showing symptoms of a cold or flu? - Have you tested positive to Covid-19? - Have you been in contact with a person who has tested positive to Covid-19? If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you are sick in anyway, regardless if the symptoms are not linked to Covid-19, please do not book an appointment. Wait until you have tested negative to Covid-19 and are healthy again. If you have a booking with me and do not feel comfortable coming in, I understand, please contact me and I will cancel your appointment. Wishing you all the best for the next six weeks, I'll try to get more videos posted on my FB and Insta pages so keep an eye out.

21.01.2022 That's right, I'm back baby! As of the 1st May, Myotherapy was included in the list of essential workers, meaning that I am now able to treat again. You may be asking yourself why I waited another twelve days before starting again? Well, I wanted to ensure that I have a clean bill of health, so I got myself tested for Covid-19 (negative, woo hoo!) and got a flu shot.... I'm taking all the precautions such as disinfecting my room regularly, time gaps between clients and lots of sanitizer and hand washing. I also have gloves and a mask to use to ensure the comfort of my clients. What I ask of you as a client: - Are you unwell or showing symptoms of a cold or flu? - Have you tested positive to Covid-19? - Have you been in contact with a person who has tested positive to Covid-19? If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you are sick in anyway, regardless if the symptoms are not linked to Covid-19, please do not book an appointment. She understands the need to look after her body after a long period away from exercise. Now for the serious message: In accordance with advice from the Victorian government this afternoon, for the foreseeable future, I will be wearing a mask for all appointments. I also ask that you please wear a mask as well. If you do not have access to a mask, a scarf or buff (for you cyclists out there) will suffice. ... You will not be required to wear the mask while face down, however, when you are face up, I ask that you please put your mask on.
