25.01.2022 Hey ladies, I realise everyone’s probably busy with their families this arvo for the long weekend. BUT, just letting you know I’ll still be there for some boxing this afternoon from 5-6:30pm, if anyone wants to come down. I’ll only be doing two more weeks after this, last class on the 16th April. Y’all know why.... Hope to see some of your faces in those final two weeks so I can say goodbye for a while. Have a great long weekend everyone. See you this arvo if I am that lucky! Ps- no masks required for strenuous activity- if your sick though or any cold/flu like symptoms, please stay home. No one wants to get sick, and I surely can’t be getting sick with this baby on the way. X Huge healthy love. Sammy xxx

25.01.2022 Thanks again ladies for a great afternoon. Felt like a short session, but for some reason I am stuffed. We did some sparring today, that really works you hard hey. Funny how we smash it out on pads for half an hour and feel fine, but as soon as you start play sparring, you get so tired, so quickly. Everyone did great though. We had Ishta and 6yr old Nevayah join us today too, but they missed the pic! Thanks to Ishta for helping with the little (but fiery) miss. We were also j...oined by Aisha, an old Nexus regular. Really enjoyed meeting her again and watching how much she gets into it. Two more weeks to go, will try get Javan back for you ladies next Friday. Have the best weekend! Huge healthy love xxx

22.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who came down this afternoon! Had Iluka and Lily join us today- both only 12yrs old but they held themselves like mature women. Very impressed with their effort and focus. Go girls! Daniela and Tommy joined us too, always such a delight to have Daniela’s unmatched energy and drive in the class- always super fun as she won’t give up or give in. Not even the slightest! Caitlyn and Jahla here too- between the both of them is a whole lot of excellent skill goi...ng around. It was enjoyable to watch them working stuff out together today and helping eachother to refine things. Young Miley here too, 15 going on 16. So young but so mature. She always turns up. That’s bigger than you think. She turns up and she shows up completely when here in class- staying open to learning and improving herself. I can always see her brain ticking over the many things and movements you need to combine together to execute a punch. She works it out. Go Miley. Me- I did what I could with a full belly hahaha. 14.01.2022 Sorry I forgot a picture again ladies... Yesterday arvo was great, I think I enjoyed it more than everyone else. Started with 7 (plus some gorgeous kids) wound up with 4, but enjoyed even a little bit of time with everyone. Ishta Osland Jocelyn Bowditch Silvia Saggiomo Carla Nicholls Natso Fatso Caitlin Mchugh Liv GG and as always Jacqui Rowlands. Thanks to every one of you for coming down, even if it was just to see me. ... You ladies nurture a part of my soul, and I’m really grateful for that. You always make me laugh, in various ways, and I love that I can just relax and enjoy the work with you all, without having any fear of judgement holding me down. You all lift me up high. Thankyou! 10.01.2022 First class of 2021 is on this Friday. It’s been raining a LOT, so we will see how Friday is looking. If it is pouring, we will cancel. If it’s just light, we will be on. I’ll send an update around early Friday afternoon. Pack your things incase. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. ... I might try find a temporary indoors space for us through the wet season. Also, if anyone is interested in more regular and more intense boxing training, you could join me in the boxing gym I train at- we are there every weeknight from 5:30-7pm and it’s a great workout. Cost is $12 per week and it’s at Smithfield Pool. Have to become a member of Marin Coast Fitness Centre. Straight into 2021. Let’s go ladies x

09.01.2022 Great first session back. It did end up raining on us but it was seriously cleansing and nice. Not cold- just slightly warm with beautiful big raindrops if fresh water. We all loved the rain, even Audrey had a nice time strolling around with her umbrella. Great to see everyone again. 03.01.2022 Thanks for the great session ladies. Was seriously hot and sweaty out there today. Sweat drops all over the kettlebell during Jocelyn’s kill circuit. That was fun, many thanks to Jos for bringing down her toys! Big welcome to Natalie too- reckons she is uncoordinated but she smashed it. I got some time with Miley today too, who is just getting more and more focused and dedicated to learn each time. I love that she’s so sweet but wants to learn and one day fight. Go Miley!
