25.01.2022 North Melbourne - Faulty AQUAMAX gas hot water service that would not stay lit. Fast replacement of the control valve and the thermocouple and the hot water service was good to go
21.01.2022 Fast sewer repair in Kensington. This junction on this drain was badly blocked (due to broken or misaligned pipes) and needed digging out to fix. A good old fashioned hand dig as the location was too small for any excavator.
18.01.2022 Heater change-over in summer? Ducted heater replacement in Strathmore. The existing Vulcan heater had been in service since the early 1980's and was no longer doing the job. Time for a new BRIVIS BX320. Often it's better to get these jobs done out of season rather than freezing your ass off in mid-winter waiting for a new heater..
13.01.2022 Had to shift a watering can to get to a sewer drain access point. This little fella was on the can (no, not that "can"). I haven't seen one this good for a few years. Can't be too careful in the yard
