11.01.2022 Project Highlight: HNZ Fitout 50 Kings Park Road. Duration: 4 week programme. This project involved a complete fit out to existing base build. Addition of 15 new offices, new boardroom, IT room, one meeting room and a new breakout area. New furniture, workstations, reception and a feature wall at the entrance that replicates the rotator blades of one of our client's helicopters. Finlay Group has its own CNC Machine located in our Welshpool factory so all specialist features, ...Alolpic. metal screens can be designed and fabricated in house. 07.01.2022 Project Highlight: 62 Marine Parade Cottesloe Part 2 The next saga of the Marine Parade Project includes photos from the interior of the complex. Each of the four apartments include 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A basement also has the ability to fit 8 cars (2 for each apartment) and a large storage facility. 07.01.2022 Project Highlight: Allendale Square Show Suite. Duration: 16 day programme. Finlay Group Construction were engaged to fit out the new show suite overlooking St. Georges Tce. This project involved demolition of existing fit out and installation of new floor coverings, breakout tea prep, meeting room office and furniture. The hero of this space is the Strand Board wall in the waiting area, a material rarely used in this form but is very effective....
