25.01.2022 The last Can Assist Finley meeting for 2018 is on Wednesday 5th December at 2pm at Finley Bowling Club. Members: please bring a plate to share for a bit of an... Xmas afternoon tea. Also could members please bring a small (no more than $5) Kris Kringle. It can be simple as a bar of soap, or a block of chocolate. All welcome to attend the meeting. Membership is only $10 if you wish to join and join us regularly. Can Assist is the only charity in Australia dedicated solely to helping country people affected by Cancer.

25.01.2022 Who would like to win $1000 ???? Our friday night members draw sits at $1000. Drawn at 7:50pm friday nights. 2016/17 Club membership is now due... Full Bowling Membership is $125 while Social membership is only $10 or 3 years for $20. Call at the Club to join or tenrw your membership. :)

22.01.2022 A massive few weeks coming up at your Bowlo. Our July fundraiser on 29th July is for Yallambee. A fantastic organisation helping young people to acclimatize into everyday life. On Saturday 30th August we are having a night of entertainment hosting the Football and Netball Club after the very important game against Barooga. On that night Joy in the kitchen will be offering an assortment or Parmas for all to enjoy. Friday 5th of August is our $1000 John Deere goods raffle choc full of geniune John Deere toys and merchandise. Tickets only $1. Kitchen and Courtesy bus operating. A fun night assured.

14.01.2022 MBD State 4's winners from last Sunday, Nan Smith, Di Retallick, Sue Hipwell and Glenice Pate. The girls bowled well and were very happy with their win.

07.01.2022 The treasurer of Can Assist Finley branch is off to the bank tomorrow to deposit $170 from the generous donation tin at Finley Bowling Club Many thanks to all t...he bowlers and guests of the bowling club for your generosity. These funds go to local people who need a hand whilst on a journey with Cancer. Your support is very much appreciated. Money raised here stays here with our community. Dropping one or two coins in a tin might not seem like much but every bit counts. Those few dollars are making a difference to someone struggling to survive the medical bills and the travel and other expenses that come with the journey. Don't forget that the Finley Bowling Club has Bingo starting on Tuesday 15 January with Can Assist Finley benefiting from the funds raised.
