16.01.2022 At a recent committee meeting of the Recreation Reserve it was moved that the Media Box and Social Room needed to be named. Two long serving volunteer members of our community were identified as worthy recipients of this acknowledgment. As announced at the Volunteer Recognition Dinner the Media Box will now be referred to as the Ken Gardiner Room. The Social Room is now known as the Mary Gale Room. Thank you to Pat Kelly representing the Little Athletics and Michael Hawkins Finley Football and Netball Club for their roles in providing those attending a summary of the contributions both Ken and Mary gave our community. Thank you to all that made the night a wonderful success.

The cost efficiency alone would be a welcome relief for our volunteers. Please follow the link and register your vote for our project. Our youth are the future. Let’s help engage them as much as we can. #Brighterlightsbusynights. Stronger Country Communities Round Three Project Poll - We want your opinion.
