24.01.2022 Hi all. Our computer system is down at the moment which means we can’t do any new memberships or update any exisiting memberships. If your fob isn’t working and you think it should be just send us a message and we will try and work something out. Apologies for any inconvenience we are trying to get it rectified ASAP.

22.01.2022 Exciting news members! As of tomorrow we can go back to our normal hours of 24/7. Members will still need to sign in, sanitise their equipment and maintain physical distancing while in the gym. We will be closely monitoring that all these rules are adhered too and our Covid Safe plan is still in place. We would like to give a big thanks to Billy Govan and Lachie McDonald for taking on the role as Covid Marshals over the last few months which allowed us to remain open! Also thanks to our volunteer Covid marshals who stepped up for extra hours in the evenings and weekends. Thanks for supporting your Gym!

22.01.2022 Our PT Lachie is back on deck with classes and 1 on 1 sessions tomorrow!! Morning class is 6am and ladies only class at 10:15am. Lachie is also available for any PT sessions or mobility screening so get in touch with him on 0401384953 if you would like to book a session

21.01.2022 In a couple of weeks this guy will be wheeling from Finley to Berrigan to raise awareness for mental and physical health which we all know is incredibly important especially during this current pandemic! All funds raised will go towards sustaining our gym by providing free classes to our community and upgrading equipment. Please get behind Matt and donate and share!

15.01.2022 We would like to thank everyone for their donations and support for our fundraiser on the weekend. It was a big success with 11 of us making the 20km trip from Finley to Berrigan in under 3 hours. Thanks to our generous community we have raised close to $9000 but more importantly we have raised awareness about the importance of mental health in our community in these trying times. The Go Fund Me page will remain open until tonight so there is still time to donate! Thank you all.

14.01.2022 Hello members. Just a reminder that everyone who enters the gym MUST write their name and contact details in the book at the front door to comply with our Covid safe plan. We have cameras facing the front door so we can very clearly see anyone who does not do this. We can also see when members let other people in using their fobs. If this has not been pre arranged with a committee member and a casual visit not paid for we will be disabling the fobs of those members who continue to break these rules. We are a very affordable gym run by volunteers so please do the right thing or we will face the risk of being shut down. We hope you all had a safe Christmas and wishing you all a happy new year!

12.01.2022 Hi members. We are asking that you please be mindful when you move equipment around in the gym. The preacher bench was moved here and left with weights on which completely obstructs the walk way. We have members of all different strengths and abilities so please keep this in mind and make sure equipment goes back when you are finished with it. Thanks!
