22.01.2022 *** Update - St Patrick's Day // Finnegan's Hotel *** Celebrations for St Patrick’s Day will proceed with the exception of scheduled live entertainment from The Irish Wolfhounds. Due to the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, The Irish Wolfhounds have made the tough decision to cancel tomorrow's performance.. Whilst we know how much yourselves as patrons, all of us at Finnegan’s, and indeed the Irish Wolfhounds themselves look forward to the performance,... we fully support The Irish Wolfhounds with their decision and aim to have them return to Finnegan’s in the near future. The safety of all our patrons and staff is paramount. We’ll continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as more recommendations from NSW Health are announced. As the current recommendations for non-essential gatherings have been limited to 500 persons, we have decided to reduce our event’s capacity for tomorrow's St Patrick’s Day event to 360 persons. We would like to take this opportunity to remind people that if you are feeling unwell or have returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days, please be socially responsible and stay at home. For those that are in good health and wanting to attend, we have set up a hand sanitising station at our entry and encourage all patrons to use this upon arrival. Our staff will continue to provide a clean and healthy environment for our patrons attending the venue and we encourage all our patrons to practise good hygiene to protect against infection and prevent the virus spreading. Urban Smoking Co will be open, offering an one-off Irish Fusion menu for the day, with meals available for dine-in or take away. We will continue to go ahead with our DJ entertainment from 8:30pm until late. And of course, Guinness and Kilkenny will be freely pouring all day!
